 The Little Melt Boutique and how it came about. So here goes, I'm 43 years old, from Kings Lynn, Norfolk, I'm married and have a son who has just became a teenager (eeekkk)
I've always worked in retail management and started Ikon Kings Lynn with my husband in 2002. Ikon is still going strong and soon to be entering 21st year of business.

The Little Melt Boutique was born in October 2020, during lockdown. 2 years prior to starting the business, I suddenly lost my vision and soon was diagnosed with a tumour, after successful surgery, 25% of my vision was restored. With ongoing treatment and management of the tumour as well as the vision loss, this meant the end of my hands on days at Ikon Kings Lynn with my husband and our team. The following year I underwent a summer of Radiotherapy, which was very draining but successful.

Covid came along and rocked everybody's world, However this gave me my opportunity to start a new little business, initially as a hobby, making wax melts for myself and to gift to friends and family. I then extended the range to eBay, then Etsy and then my husband built and made a website for me to sell my melts to a wider audience. Today we have over 100 different scents and have added Shower & Bath Products to our inventory.  Business is good and I'd like to thank all you wonderful followers and customers who keep me busy.

Sometimes in life things happen for a reason, but we adapt and overcome and take different paths for the better.
